October 23

The next couple of days are going to be a bit busy...Thursday crazy busy. Yikes.

Breakfast:  steel cut oats, cinnamon, blueberries & skim milk; coffee with half and half.

Morning Snack: nothing, had to work

Lunch: Applegate uncured black forest ham, cheddar cheese, lettuce & organic mayo on Organic whole wheat wrap. Lemon Chobani. Half of an organic cucumber.

Afternoon Snack: nothing, still at work

Dinner: pasta with hubby's home made pesto sauce

Evening Snack: wine & Unreal Nutty Ones
