Hand's feeling a bit better today, happily!! But still taking it easy with typing.


Breakfast: steel cut oats with milk, cinnamon & blueberries

Morning Snack: banana Chobani

Lunch: Scrambled cage-free egg whites with leftover potatoes

Afternoon snack: none - had to work
