October 19 I worked an 11 hour shift. Needless to say, it's tough on the tummy.  And the feet!

Breakfast: steel cut oats with cinnamon, skim milk & cherries

Food eaten throughout the day - basically I had a snack when I could get the time for it:
   peach Chobani
   sandwich - Vermont wheat bread, organic peanut butter & natural jelly
   Cascadian Farms organic granola bar
    banana & apple
