October 24

Only one more week of my food diary!  I gotta admit this was harder to do than I thought it was going to be.  Crazy day today - out almost the whole day.  I packed a bag with lots of healthy snacks to get me through it!!

Breakfast:  steel cut oats with cinnamon & pure maple syrup.  Not in a fruit mood.

Morning Snack: nothing - at interview for a second part-time job.

Lunch: peach Chobani

Afternoon Snack: nothing - at training meeting for first part-time job

Dinner: salad with organic caesar dressing - yes, from a bottle. But had to be done; working.  Apple

Evening Snack: wine.  12 hour day between the 2 jobs!!!
